Consultation Fees
45-50 minutes per session:
- Initial individual consultation: $275.00
- Follow-up individual consultation: $255.00
- Initial couples and family consultation: $285.00
- Follow-up couples and family consultation: $265.00
- Out of business hours (8.00 am and 5.15 pm appointments at your local time): Additional $20.00
The Australia Psychological Society National Schedule of Suggested Fees (2026-2027) recommends a fee of $330 for a standard psychological consultation session.
Medicare & Private Health Funds
- No doctor’s referrals (Mental Health Treatment Plan) are required unless you wish to claim on Medicare.
- Private health apply for those who qualify.
- Medicare does not provide a rebate for couples and family therapy.
